The NR Place de Ville Sub-group will be holding its virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) that is now being rescheduled to November 3, 2026, between 11:30 PM – 1:00 PM EST.

Elections & Nominations: We will be seeking nominations from the members to join as members of the Sub-group Executive. To facilitate this election, you may submit your candidacy by email to tsatsangi@pipsc.ca.
Proposed By-Law Amendment (In accordance with article 12.1.1 of the current by-laws of the sub-group):
This is the notice for the current article 9.1.3 proposed to be amended as follows:

| 9.1.3 The quorum for the Annual General Meeting shall be the lesser of twenty (20) members or ten percent (10%) of the total number of members in the Sub-Group eligible to vote. | 9.1.3 Quorum Fifty percent (50%) of the members in attendance at the beginning of the meeting shall constitute a quorum |
NOTE: All new constitutions, by-laws, and amendments that are voted on and approved by a constituent body are required to be submitted to PIPSC By-Law and Policy Committee (BLPC) for review and then approved by the Board to be enacted.
