All PIPSC members who are part of the NR DND NCR Sub-Group and work in the Ottawa/Gatineau area (excluding CFB Petawawa) are invited to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting.

Date: Thursday, November 5, 2026
Time: 18:30 ET (doors open at 18:00 hrs for sign-in and seating)
Venue: Ottawa Conference and Event Centre, 200 Coventry Road, Ottawa, ON, K1K 4S3

Parking: Free underground parking is available at the conference centre. Note: parking in the outdoor stadium lot may result in a parking ticket at your own expense.

Please ensure the name on your registration exactly matches the name on your bank account used for the e-transfer. This $5.00 fee will be refunded at the meeting to members who register and attend.

Registration deadline: Thursday, October 22, 2026 (two weeks before the event). Registration and e-transfer payment must be received by this date to reserve your spot.
