HOW: RSVP online, pre-purchase tickets for $15.00 by e-transferring to mlavallee@pipsc.ca – the deadline is October 1.  Due to a recent policy change, this PIPSC event is open to members only. Members wishing to attend only the AGM portion at 7:30 may do so without purchasing a ticket.

Dinner buffet will be catered by Saskatoon Golf & Country Club. Please notify Miranda LaVallee of any dietary requirements by October 1. A cash bar will be available and each person will receive a complimentary drink ticket.

ELECTIONS and BY-LAWS: As required by Article 7.2 of the Branch Constitution, written nominations (including Email) will be accepted for Saskatoon Branch Executive positions up for election, including President, Treasurer, and 2 Member-at-Large. Existing officers are automatically considered nominated. Minutes of the 2025 AGM and Executive duties can be viewed in the Branch Constitution on the PIPSC website. Nominations may be submitted up until the Call-to-Order of the AGM to the Nominations Committee: Miranda LaVallee & Jie Qiu Any recommended changes to the By-Laws should be submitted to the Executive by October 1, 2026.

Bylaw update:

6.8.1.1 The President will normally be the Branch’s representative on the Prairie Northwest Territories Regional Executive.
