All North Central Vancouver Island Branch (NCVI) members, including regular and retired members, and their families are invited to the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, November 23 at 5:00 PM
Members are able to attend at either of the following locations:
- Hong Kong House, 3023 Barons Road, Nanaimo
- Match Eatery and Public House, 361 Hunt Road, Courtenay
Schedule:
- 5:00 PM – Doors open, cash bar (no host)
- 5:30 PM – AGM business
- 6:00 to 8:00 PM – Dinner and continuing business

Notice of election:
The following positions are open for election on the NCVI Branch Executive:
- President: (2-year term)
- Vice-President (2-year term)
- Treasurer: (2-year term)
- Secretary: (2-year term)
- Member at Large: (1-year term)
Members may submit written nominations to the Election Committee Chair or nominate candidates from the floor during the AGM.
