Members are invited to the Greater Vancouver Branch Annual General Meeting (AGM).
When: Thursday, November 19, 2026.
Where: Steamworks Brewpub, 375 Water Street, Vancouver, British Columbia
Schedule:
4:30 PM – Doors open, cash bar (no host)
5:00 PM – AGM business
6:00 to 8:00 PM – Dinner and continuing business
This year’s AGM will be hybrid, so members can attend in-person or virtually.
In-person spots are limited. If they are no longer available, please add yourself to the waitlist. You will be contacted if a spot becomes available.

Notice of election:
There are 6 positions open for election on the Greater Vancouver Branch Executive. Positions will be filled for a two-year term for 2027 and 2028.
Nominations for the open positions may be submitted in writing to the Election Committee Chair or made from the floor during the AGM.
