From overcrowded workspaces to pest infestations, many members are being asked to work in conditions that don’t support their health, safety, and productivity.

Members told us about:

  • Offices that feel like construction sites
  • Employees who are being forced to work from cafeterias and crowded cubicles
  • Outdated government offices with pest problems
  • Other workplace conditions that put health, safety, and productivity at risk

Join our return-to-office sticker campaign to help us raise awareness!

It’s easy to participate:

  1. Pick up a free sticker from your local steward or consultation team
  2. Place it on a personal item, such as a laptop, notebook, or water bottle.
  3. Share a photo on social media and tag @PIPSC_IPFPC.

Every tagged post will be entered into a draw for a chance to win 1 of 5 local gift cards.

Why we’re taking action

PIPSC continues to oppose a one-size-fits-all return-to-office approach that lacks evidence and fails to provide safe, functional workplaces for federal public service employees.

Together, we can continue to highlight the real impact of these workplace conditions and advocate for safer, healthier work environments.

Reach out to your local Steward or Consultation team to order your sticker today and help make our voices impossible to ignore.
