* Next AGM to occur at legion on Montreal St in April/May
* Swag: car decals x 50 $196
* Budget Reviewed for fiscal year
* Wine beer & cheese meet and greet, bowling, escape room, drop in nights, haunted walk (12 or more for private $24.99/per, Mon-Wed save $5/person), haunted trolly ($48/pp), boat cruise – potential to go together with Kingston branch, DND, IT
* swag to do: squeeze water bottles 10pk/$40 amazon (Jess), glass screen cleaner and wipe bottle bottle spray cleaner (Cindy), pen lights (12x$6) – Troy, seatbelt cutter/windshield smasher (Anya)
* Bobby peceronios (drop in meet and greet) Cindy
* Combined Christmas party with Kingston Branch – Nov 23 for $300, gifts
* Boys & Girls club $300/15 people, every guest after is $20 – Nicole to email
* SH sub group Member event Jan/Feb
* Meet and Greet with DND (Heather) end of Oct/Nov – could be Gary in the day time visiting – coffee & donuts- 40 members. List to be confirmed
