PIPSC-RMG NS Chapter – Executive Meeting -25 Sept 2025 – Minutes

The meeting was held at Smittys Restaurant, Clayton Park Shopping Center, Halifax, Nova Scotia

Called to order at 1300 hours by A/President Brian Wolfe

             Items discussed were as follows:

1    Agenda was reviewed, changed and approved by vote.

2    Minutes of last meeting was reviewed, discussed and approved by vote.

3    Gary LeGassie has agreed to assume, at least temporarily, the Presidency of the NS chapter of the PIPSC Retired Members Guild with the proviso that the attendees agree that the RMGNS would pursue the production of a document outlining the “VALUE of the RMG to PIPSC” both financially and as holders of PIPSC corporate knowledge.

4    The members present wish to thank Brian Wolfe for acting as the President since July 28, 2025, to keep the chapter sustained.

5 Dale Hudson has assumed the position of Treasurer. Gary LeGassie to send him the national RMG financial spreadsheet obtained from Kim Scriver. (post note- completed)

6 The president will obtain a list of current members and present to the next meeting. (post note- completed)
