Your SH Bargaining Team is working hard to negotiate a new collective agreement.
We met with the employer from October 6 to 8, 2026. During this session, we exchanged and discussed non-monetary proposals and reviewed proposals related to the Common Issues Table. These initial meetings provided an important opportunity to establish priorities and begin discussions on issues important to SH members.
On the final day of negotiations, the parties identified key articles to focus on for the next bargaining session, scheduled for November 24 to 26, 2026.
We will post our proposals on our SH website soon. Now that we have formally exchanged proposals with the employer, we cannot add new information or amend what we have officially submitted.
We are continuing to finalize our monetary proposals, which we will exchange with the employer at a later date.
