Dear colleagues and friends,

At ECCC, we all have a role to play in creating an environment where everyone feels heard, respected, included, and supported. We perform at our best when we are physically and psychologically healthy, and when our work environments are supportive and respectful, allowing us to collaborate, build and innovate.

As part of our ongoing efforts to promote psychological health and safety in the workplace, we are launching the “Guarding Minds at Work” survey, which will run from October 26 to November 27, 2026.

This initiative is based on the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. The survey will help us better understand employees’ experiences and the factors that may impact their psychological health and safety. The data collected will allow us to identify what is working well and what could be improved. It will also help guide the next steps of ECCC’s Mental Health Strategy.

Your opinion matters

The survey is confidential and anonymous. It takes about 10 minutes to complete.

We encourage you to participate in order to help us improve psychological health and safety at ECCC.

Thank you for contributing to a healthier and safer workplace.
