On Thursday, October 29, 2026, we will conduct our combined Annual General Meeting for 2026 at Dog House Brewing Company Ltd. 3067 – Unit 1 Petawawa Blvd, Petawawa.

The AGM will be from 5:30PM-8:00PM.

5:30-6:30: Meet and Greet
6:30-8:00: Open AGM

Catered food and beverages will be provided. We have prizes as well as PIPSC swag (hoodies, toques, mugs, etc.) to give away to attendees.

Matt Vanner – Regional Director for the National Capital Region and Chair of the Region as well.

Topics – IT Negotiation Update, WFA, ERI, NCR regional priorities and plans for 2027.

Elections

Nominations will be from the floor of the AGM. As a courtesy, if you intend to nominate someone check with them first!  Elections will be held should the number of nominations exceed the maximum # of allowed executive members.

Individual roles (vice-president, secretary & treasurer) will be assigned from within the executive at the first executive meeting following the AGM. Nominations will be from the floor of the AGM. If you are interested in getting involved and want to know more about what is involved in serving on the executive, please feel-free to contact any of the undersigned.
