Dinner will be provided along with refreshment and door prizes. This is a great opportunity to meet your fellow professionals from different federal departments in a relaxed social setting. This is also an opportunity to discuss issues and exchange ideas in areas of common concern and meet new friends. This year we will again have a representative from our National Executive, Mike Pauley (National NR Atlantic Region Rep and National NR President) in attendance. Mike will be onsite to answer any questions you might have with respect to the NR Group and this presents a great opportunity to hear from our National Executive. Our current Collective agreement expires 30 Sep 2026 and our National Executive is currently preparing for the next round of collective bargaining with Treasury Board.
We will also be seeking nominations and electing interested members to serve as members of our HFX NR Sub-Group executive. All positions are up for election this year and I would invite you all to consider getting involved and serving as part of the NR Sub-Group. You can nominate yourself, a friend or forward your name to myself and I’ll be more than happy to put your name forward. The following positions are up for election:
President (2 Year Term)
Vice-President (2 Year Term)
Treasurer (2 Year Term)
Secretary (2 Years Term)
Member At Large (1 Year Term)
