PIPSC’s BC-Yukon Region is seeking nominations for representatives to serve on the BC Federation of Labour (BCFED) standing committees. 

Are you interested in sharing your perspective, learning new skills, and representing PIPSC in one of these areas?

Artificial Intelligence, Work and Technology
Climate Justice and Jobs
Human Rights
Indigenous Rights and Reconciliation
Occupational Health and Safety
Organizing
Political Action
Women and Gender Rights
Young Workers

Standing committee members meet in person or virtually for 1 to 2 hours every 2 months or as needed. 

The Occupational Health and Safety Committee meets for 3 hours on the second Tuesday of every month. 

Participation takes place on your personal time and is not covered by PIPSC.
