You’re invited to the AFS Vancouver Sub-Group’s 2026 Annual General Meeting.
When: Thursday, September 24, 2026 from 5:15 PM to 8:45 PM
Where: Pink Pearl Restaurant, 1132 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC
Any PIPSC CRA Vancouver AFS Sub-Group member may attend the meeting. The meeting begins at 6:00 PM, with dinner and social time beforehand.
A maximum of 150 members can attend the dinner. If you are attending the dinner, please note whether you are a vegetarian.
RSVPs are due by September 10, 2026.

Dinner
To reserve a seat for dinner, please pay the refundable $10 deposit by September 10, 2026. Your dinner reservation will be confirmed only once we receive and confirm your payment.

Election
This is an election year for the following executive positions:
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Up to 4 Members-at-Large

Members interested in serving on the executive are encouraged to express their interest.
Keynote speakers will also be on hand to answer your questions.
