The CP Group Bargaining Team will meet with the Employer on August 26 to 27, 2026, to exchange bargaining proposals. This marks the official start of negotiations to renew our collective agreement.
At this meeting, both parties will present their non-monetary proposals. Monetary proposals will be exchanged later in the bargaining process. We will share both parties’ proposals in a web post only, after the meeting in August.
Your Bargaining Team remains committed to advocating for the priorities identified by members through the survey and Bargaining Conference. We will continue to provide updates as negotiations progress.
