- Atlantic Institution Sub Group Christmas party
The Atlantic Institution subgroup was unable to host a Christmas party before year end of 2025.
The plan was to make this a Better Together event so now the subgroup will look at hosting a summer event or social gathering summer of 2026. A detailed discussion was had around this with ideas of events. Possibly visiting a Maple Syrup facility or an outdoor picnic/ game day – Allardville was discussed as a possible location to host.
- AGM
The Bathurst sub group will host their AGM in September or October, Remi will organize this. The Branch will then join Miramichi for the Atlantic Institution Subgroup AGM. Date TBA.
- Mike Polley sent an email to Gilles about enhanced recognition for stewards at the ARC. A discussion was had around this and we are to email Gilles with our decision to participate. This is different from the Steward of the year recognition.
- Gilles, Laura and Mario will be attending the ARC in May 2026
