This month, the federal government will issue statements celebrating both Pride Month and National Indigenous History Month. At the same time, it’s rolling out an updated return-to-office (RTO) mandate that, according to its own analysis, disproportionately harms equity-deserving groups. The contradiction is hard to ignore.
