The Greenwood Branch AGM will be held on Wednesday, 27 May, 2026 at Paddy’s Pub in Kentville, Nova Scotia, in the private events room upstairs. Members are invited for 5:00pm with the meeting being called to order at 5:30pm.  We expect the meeting to be over by 7:00pm.

Refreshments and your choice of dinner items off the menu will be provided free of cost.

RSVPs to chad.lacoste@forces.gc.ca are requested so we can let the venue know approximately how many will be in attendance.  If you do not RSVP, you are still more than welcome to attend the AGM so please come if you have the time!

Notice of Elections:

Elections will be held at the Greenwood Branch AGM to fill five vacancies on the executive. All positions are for a two-year term. The positions up for election this year are: Vice President, Treasurer, and three Member-at-large positions. Chad Lacoste will be over-seeing the elections.

Nominations for positions may be done in advance by emailing Chad at chad.lacoste@forces.gc.ca   Volunteers and nominations will be accepted from the floor at the AGM as well.
