Historical Researchers working at Library and Archives Canada are invited to attend the RE – NCR Library and Archives Canada Sub-Group Annual General Meeting and Elections.

When: Thursday May 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.  Please record the date and time in your calendars.

Where: (in-person) at 550 boulevard de la Cité, Room D; or at 395 Wellington Street, Room 212 (via Zoom); or remotely over Zoom (members will receive a link to join the meeting closer to the event).

Pizza and soft drinks will be provided! Please fill out the registration form and email it to msellens@pipsc.ca before Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Call for Nominations for Sub-Group Executive: We will be holding elections for our Sub-group Executive at the AGM to fill two vacant positions. Nominations must be supported by at least two other Sub-group members and may be made in writing to Thora Gustafsson at t.m.m.gustafsson@outlook.com or may be made from the floor at the AGM. 

Please note that this event must be attended on your own time and not work time. If this event is longer than your regular lunch period, you must make arrangements with your manager to work a flexible day.
