How to access domestic violence leave

You can access domestic violence leave by providing written notice to your employer indicating the duration of your leave as soon as possible.

You will also be asked to provide supporting documents related to reasons for the leave within 15 days of your return to work if it is possible for you to obtain them. More information about this leave is available through your employer.
