Dear NCR AGM Delegates,
This year, we’re trying something different. Instead of holding our usual in-person pre-AGM caucus at the AGM venue, we’re inviting you to a virtual learning event for all NCR regional delegates on Saturday, November 21, 2026 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
Ahead of the 2026 PIPSC Annual General Meeting, we are inviting NCR members to review the resolutions and proposed bylaw amendments that will be considered at the 2026 AGM.
The goal is simple: help NCR members understand what is being decided and help NCR delegates arrive at the AGM prepared to make informed decisions.
We encourage all NCR regional delegates to review the official 2026 AGM materials prior to the 2026 AGM in Ottawa.

The virtual NCR delegates caucus meeting will take place on Saturday November 21, 2026 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
All NCR AGM delegates are asked to register via CVENT if you will be attending YES or NO
Note: As per the Policy on Financial Support for Member Participation for a Virtual Meetings in excess of 90 minutes total in length, a member participating virtually can claim the maximum of the lunch per diem rate as specified in the Travel Policy (Schedule “A”).
