The SP Group Bargaining Team has been fielding many (many) emails asking for the full text of the new collective agreement. The Treasury Board has published the collective agreement and the link on the PIPSC website has been updated. Please see “Quick Links” on the right-hand side of this page.
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has posted a document indicating when the salary rates will be updated and when they will show up on your paycheck. Note this link will only work if you are on a computer connected to the Government of Canada Intranet.
If you go to that page, you will see that Phoenix will be updated with your new pay rates as of February 24, 2024, with an effective date of February 15, 2024. That means that your retroactive pay will cover from October 1, 2022, to February 14, 2024. As you are paid 2 weeks in arrears, the new pay rates should appear on your March 13 pay.
PSPC has not yet informed us of the processing dates for your retroactive payment and your $2,500 lump sum payment. That information will be given to you in a separate communication once it becomes available.
