AFS CLASSIFICATION AND JOB DESCRIPTION COMMITTEE (CJDC)
REPORT TO THE 2018 AFS AGM
Our AFS CJDC consists of Rob Trudeau (Chair), Chris Roach, Brian Hassall, and Mark Muench.
The AFS CJDC reviews changes to work descriptions and/or job competence profiles as they are provided by the employer. During our review we consult with other Members of the AFS National Executive, the PIPSC Classification Team, and Members working in the positions being affected. If concerns are identified, we share them with the employer to have addressed.
I would like to thank the AFS CJDC, the other Members of the AFS National Executive, the PIPSC Classification Team and the Members who have been consulted regarding proposed changes to the various work descriptions and/or job competency profiles throughout the year. Without our combined efforts, issues with changes could not be identified.
