The DND NCR Ottawa Gatineau Branch would like to invite you to a virtual member engagement participation event called “Art While Apart” on Sunday, November 27th, 2022 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This virtual event will be hosted by a student from Algonquin College and will include a Christmas-themed candle-making session with fun activities throughout. The event will take place via Zoom. The recommended age is 11+.
Candle kits with necessary supplies will be available for pick up at various locations, to be announced 1-2 weeks before the event.
- A maximum of 1 complimentary kit will be provided per member.
- If you require additional kits, you will be put on a first-come, first serve waiting list subject to availability.
We’d love to get together virtually for the most wonderful time of the year and make some fun candles! To get in the Christmas spirit, we will be running an activity that will randomly choose 3 participants. If your name gets selected in a spin wheel, you will win a prize!
