The AGM of the NCR Chapter of the Retired Members Guild and the NCR Chapter Elections will be held on:

Time: Registration: 10:45 a.m. Meeting Starts: 11:00 a.m.
Location: Mandarin Restaurant, 290 West Hunt Club Road, Ottawa (Nepean), ON
- Turn south into the parking lot off Hunt Club between Prince of Wales and Merivale,  behind Jack Astor's Restaurant.

All members in this Region are cordially invited. You are requested to register early as space is limited to 60 seats for a complimentary luncheon. The deadline for registration to attend this event is Tuesday, October 15, 2019. Please indicate your interest in attending by contacting the NCR Chapter by e-mail.

NCR CHAPTER ELECTIONS – 2019

Elections to the Retired Members Guild NCR Chapter Executive are now taking place. Attached you will find a nomination form. Please consider running and having the opportunity to serve on the NCR Guild Chapter Executive to better help retirees.

If you are interested in putting your name forward (you can nominate yourself), please fill out the attached nomination form and return it to Marielle Nadon at the PIPSC National Office, 250 Tremblay Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 3J8 by 12:00 noon (Ottawa time) Tuesday, October 15, 2019. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the AGM.

The aims and objectives of the Guild and its Chapters are to further the interests of the retired members, to formulate and express the views of the retired members on matters affecting them, and to ensure that the interests of the Guild members are represented in all proceedings of their former employer and of the Institute that may affect them.
