AV - Communications Report
The committee members are Jennifer Mollins, Jacques Laperriere and David Chu (Chair).
We are pleased to report that the amount of content such as information sessions and member engagement activities being posted online is improving and will hopefully continue to improve with time.
Sub-groups have the ability to disseminate information through the Sub-group pages of the AV Group website, and we would strongly encourage you to do so. Some of sub-groups websites have not uploaded content for an extended period of time while some have been very active. As the executive endeavors to improve its level of communications it’s our hope that sub-groups endeavor to do the same.
We celebrated Canada’s 150th Birthday by inviting AV Members (AU-CO-PG) to participate in the Canada 150 Summer Contest by sharing a story about their summer vacation in Canada with PIPSC.
In terms of social media, the AV Group is considering revamping the Facebook page to connect and exchange information with our members across the country.
