Objective as NCR CFIA PIPSC executive member:

If elected I would foster a more open and engaged environment where all S&A Group members have a voice in the direction and decisions made by the Executive.  I would make sure that members are informed and engaged on key decisions.

Lambrini Michael - nickname: Brina

Biography:

I have been with the CFIA for five years, currently working as Senior Business Analyst in the Business Integration Division. I am the National Liaison Coordinator for the Synapse Network which contributes to building networks, and providing learning forums for all Agency employees. My leadership role at Synapse involves collaborating with, and contributing to, employee networks and initiatives at other Government of Canada Departments and Agencies. A Policy and Program’s Branch Award recognized my leadership and the important role that Synapse plays in making the workplace a positive and exciting place.

Unions are important - they protect members’ rights and work for positive changes in the workplace.  I am looking forward to becoming a Steward so I can help members with their concerns. The S&A Group can accomplish great things and I would like to be part of that future.
