{"id":76610,"date":"2026-05-28T19:57:30","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T19:57:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pipsc.ca\/?p=76610"},"modified":"2026-05-28T20:01:14","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T20:01:14","slug":"info-ti-no-4-le-point-sur-les-negociations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pipsc.ca\/fr\/info-ti-no-4-le-point-sur-les-negociations\/","title":{"rendered":"Info-TI no\u00a04\u00a0: Le point sur les n\u00e9gociations"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post-intro-box\">\n  <div class=\"intro-content\">\n    \n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"published-part text-sm text-gray-500 flex flex-wrap gap-2 items-center\">\n    <span>Publi\u00e9<\/span>\n    <time class=\"dt-published\" datetime=\"2026-05-28T19:57:30+00:00\">\n      May 28, 2026\n    <\/time>\n    <span> | <\/span>\n    <span>Derni\u00e8re mise \u00e0 jour<\/span>\n    <span class=\"text-gray-700 font-medium\">\n      il y a 2 heures\n    <\/span>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Votre \u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation du groupe TI a rencontr\u00e9 l&#8217;employeur pour la deuxi\u00e8me s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociations, qui s&#8217;est tenue du 31 mars au 1<sup>er<\/sup> avril 2026, afin de pr\u00e9senter et d&#8217;examiner leurs propositions respectives.&nbsp; Les points de convergence \u00e9taient limit\u00e9s, mais les parties sont parvenues \u00e0 s&#8217;entendre sur quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments de moindre envergure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Cela dit, l&#8217;employeur n&#8217;a montr\u00e9 aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 discuter des questions suivantes :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>&#8211; T\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>&#8211; Propositions en lien avec l\u2019intelligence artificielle<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>&#8211; Cong\u00e9s de maladie<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>&#8211; Harc\u00e8lement<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Bien que le Secr\u00e9tariat du Conseil du Tr\u00e9sor (SCT) ait rejet\u00e9 les propositions ayant des r\u00e9percussions financi\u00e8res, il s&#8217;est montr\u00e9 ouvert \u00e0 certaines modifications concernant les indemnit\u00e9s de cong\u00e9 annuel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p><strong>R\u00c9AM\u00c9NAGEMENT DES EFFECTIFS (RE)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Des pourparlers sur le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des effectifs (RE) ont occup\u00e9 une grande partie de la deuxi\u00e8me journ\u00e9e, mais aucun argument convaincant n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 avanc\u00e9 en faveur de la proposition de l&#8217;employeur de supprimer les dispositions relatives au RE de la convention collective.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p><strong>Retour au bureau (RAB)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de m\u00e9diation concernant la plainte de pratique d\u00e9loyale de travail li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019obligation de retour au bureau s\u2019est tenue le 11 mai 2026, et une deuxi\u00e8me est pr\u00e9vue le 9 juin 2026.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Les prochaines sessions de n\u00e9gociation auront lieu le 28 mai, les 10 et 11 juin et les 25 et 26 ao\u00fbt 2026.
