Cette mesure est provinciale et ne concerne pas les employ\u00e9s f\u00e9d\u00e9raux. Tant que nous n&#8217;aurons pas d&#8217;informations pr\u00e9cises sur les mesures f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, nous ne devrions pas en discuter avec les membres. \u00c7a pourrait causer des inqui\u00e9tudes inutiles.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour l&#8217;instant, pas de r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des effectifs avant novembre pour le BSF de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n\n<p>We heard in the news that the premier of Ontario mandated that provincial employees return to the office 4 days a week starting on October 20, 2025, and 5 days a week starting on January 5, 2026. This is provincial, and does not affect federal employees. Until we have certain info regarding federal action, we should not discuss this with the members. Ce code est punitif, et peut mener \u00e0 une mesure disciplinaire, il ne devrait donc pas \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9valuation de la performance. Gilles mentionne que le code de d\u00e9ontologie est d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans les attentes des grands dossiers<\/p>\n\n<p>Nous devrions rappeler \u00e0 chaque DA qu&#8217;avant la Covid, le syndicat \u00e9tait consult\u00e9 sur les attentes de rendement. La gestion devrait reprendre cette bonne pratique.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les membres de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif devront informer Michel si la direction souhaite ajouter le code de d\u00e9ontologie \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9valuation de rendement.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si votre chef d&#8217;\u00e9quipe ou votre responsable remet en question votre implication syndicale, vous devez lui demander de s&#8217;adresser au pr\u00e9sident du syndicat.<\/p>\n\n<p>Michel informs us that management wants to integrate the code of ethics into the performance expectations. This code is punitive and can lead to disciplinary action; it should therefore not be included in the performance appraisal. Gilles mentions that the code of ethics is already included in the expectations for major projects.<\/p>\n\n<p>We should remind each AD that before Covid, the union was consulted on performance expectations. Management should resume this good practice.<\/p>\n\n<p>The members of the executive committee should inform Michel if management wants to add the code of ethics to the performance appraisal.<\/p>\n\n<p>If your team leader or manager questions your union involvement, you should ask them to contact the union president.<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"8\">\n\t<li><em>\u00c9VALUATIONS M\u00c9DICALES \u2013 MEDICAL ASSESSMENTS<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Un gestionnaire a \u00e9valu\u00e9 un employ\u00e9 sans tenir compte de ses limitations et s&#8217;attendait \u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il traite le m\u00eame nombre de dossiers qu&#8217;un employ\u00e9 sans accommodement.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nous devrions encourager les gestionnaires et les chefs d&#8217;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 suivre une formation pour g\u00e9rer les employ\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d&#8217;un accommodement.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si un employ\u00e9 re\u00e7oit une note de 1 ou 2 lors de son \u00e9valuation, un plan d&#8217;am\u00e9lioration devrait \u00eatre mis en place, tenant compte de ses limitations. Le rapport m\u00e9dical et la restriction de l&#8217;employ\u00e9 devraient \u00eatre prise en consid\u00e9ration lors de l&#8217;\u00e9valuation de rendement. Si l&#8217;employ\u00e9 suit le plan d&#8217;am\u00e9lioration, il ne devrait pas recevoir une mauvaise \u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\n<p>A manager evaluated an employee without considering their limitations and expected them to handle the same number of cases as an employee without accommodations.<\/p>\n\n<p>We should encourage managers and team leaders to take training on how to manage employees who need accommodations.<\/p>\n\n<p>If an employee receives a rating of 1 or 2 on their evaluation, an improvement plan should be implemented that takes their limitations into account. The employee&#8217;s medical report and limitations should be taken into consideration during the performance review. AGA NATIONAL VFS ET AUTRES \u00c9V\u00c8NEMENTS \/ NATIONAL AFS AGM AND OTHER EVENTS <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Le Conseil des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du Qu\u00e9bec 2025 \u00e9tait \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec et il y avait des ateliers. Mais ce n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas une formation, c&#8217;\u00e9tait plut\u00f4t une pr\u00e9sentation. Michel dit qu&#8217;il devrait y avoir plus de formation lors de ces conseils. c&#8217;\u00e9tait int\u00e9ressant, car il y avait des ateliers.<\/p>\n\n<p>La prochaine AGA nationale aura lieu \u00e0 Toronto en d\u00e9cembre 2025.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Quebec Steward Council 2025 Council of Delegates was held in Quebec City and there were workshops. But it wasn&#8217;t training; it was more of a presentation. Michel said there should be more training during these councils.
