<\/u><u>A Zoom link will be sent closer to the AGM date to registerees.<\/u><\/li>\n\t<li>There will also be door prize draws and winners will be notified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>************************<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><strong>Important:<\/strong>\n\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Nominations are now being accepted for President, Secretary, and 4 Member-at-Large positions- 2 year terms and Vice-President, Treasurer and 4 Member-at-Large positions \u2013 1 year terms.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Ideally we would like to have an executive committee where all departments are represented.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Executive terms are for 2 years however due to the pandemic we did not have an AGM in 2020.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Nominations<\/strong> for the Executive Committee Election will be accepted from the floor, or can be submitted prior to the AGM by email to Jason Caners, <u><a href=\"mailto:jcaners@pipsc.ca\">jcaners@pipsc.ca<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n\n<p>Thank You,<\/p>\n\n<p>Rose Dong<\/p>\n\n<p>President,<\/p>\n\n<p>Winnipeg &amp;
