2.0 Review of previous minutes \u2013 Nov 23 2017<\/h2>\n\n

Devon will correct a few typos and submit the last exec minutes to PIPSC so they can be posted online.<\/p>\n\n

3.0 Review of previous action items(s)<\/h2>\n\n

No outstanding items<\/p>\n\n

4.0 Financial Update<\/h2>\n\n

We are in good financial standing.<\/p>\n\n

5.0 Gander sub-group AGM<\/h2>\n\n

Scheduled for Jan 29th 2018 at the Airport Boardroom.<\/p>\n\n

ACTION #1: <\/strong>Dan will send out a call for nominations for the VP\/Secretary
\nACTION #2: <\/strong>Dan will reserve the airport boardroom
\nACTION #3: <\/strong>Devon will order the Chinese food.
\nACTION #4: <\/strong>Dan or Brent will take care of the refreshments.<\/p>\n\n

6.0 Social Events<\/h2>\n\n

We brain stormed another possible event; perhaps more adult orientated but will try and finalize the plans after the AGM.<\/p>\n\n
