The BC Provincial Nurses have gained traction and the wage gap is now narrowing between Provincial and Corrections Nursing. Individual clinicians expressed their concerns. Members were encouraged to get out and vote.<\/p>\n\n<p>members talked about labor management issues and diminished resource staffing levels in their respective Institutions. Members were encouraged to utilize the services of the ERO.
