L\u2019Institut a eu l\u2019occasion de r\u00e9pondre au Commissaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale en indiquant s\u2019il soutenait ou non la demande. Dans notre m\u00e9moire \u00e0 la Commission, nous avons indiqu\u00e9 que nous comprenions que le processus doit \u00eatre mis en place pour combler tout \u00e9cart salarial dans les emplois \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance f\u00e9minine.<\/p>\n\n<p>La demande de prolongation a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e par la Commission de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale pour vingt-quatre mois suppl\u00e9mentaires. Cette prolongation n\u2019annule pas la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019employeur en mati\u00e8re de paiements et d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats aux employ\u00e9\u00b7es occupant des postes consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des emplois \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance f\u00e9minine et pr\u00e9sentant un \u00e9cart salarial.<\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019employeur a engag\u00e9 KPMG pour l\u2019aider \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un outil d\u2019\u00e9valuation des emplois.
