Sports are drop-in, pick-up style, COED, and all equipment is provided -just bring your indoor sports shoes!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"Default\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"Default\">The level of play for these intramurals is best if you have at least some prior experience in playing the sport(s) you love, but it\u2019s friendly and fun, and you don\u2019t need&nbsp; to be pro.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"Default\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"Default\">Please contact bruce.radburn@agr.gc.ca(613-795-3261) for full Gym schedule and access to facilities. See you there!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"Default\"><strong><em>Intramural Sports Program<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"Default\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"Default\"><strong>Your sports schedule:&nbsp; <\/strong>(subject to change)<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Tuesdays &amp; Thursday at lunch time:&nbsp; <strong>Volleyball <\/strong>(6v6) Indoor<\/li>\n\t<li>Wednesday at lunch time:&nbsp; <strong>Soccer <\/strong>Indoor (futsal-style)<\/li>\n\t<li>Wednesday &amp; Thursday evenings:&nbsp; <strong>Basketball<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"Default\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"Default\"><strong>Gymnasium Access:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"Default\">The Gym is located at the NHCAP\/Skyline (AAFC) at 1341 Baseline Road and it is accessed from the back parking lot (the glass doors on the orange square building, in the middle of the complex).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"Default\">Change rooms and showers are available during work hours at no charge.
