Lorsqu\u2019une situation potentielle de RE se pr\u00e9sente, un <strong>comit\u00e9 de consultation sur le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des effectifs (CCRE)<\/strong> est form\u00e9, comprenant la direction du CNRC, les RH et les agents de n\u00e9gociation (y compris l\u2019IPFPC). Qu&#039;est-ce que l&#039;ordre inverse du m\u00e9rite (OIM)?<\/h4>\n                        \n                        <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                          <span class=\"toggle-icon collapsed\">\n                            <span class=\"icon-add\"><\/span>\n                          <\/span>\n                          <span class=\"expanded\">\n                           <span class=\"icon-remove\"><\/span>\n                          <\/span>\n                        <\/div>\n                      <\/div>\n\n                      <div class=\"faq-answer\" \n                           id=\"faq-6a13bbf0d3905-answer-0-6\"\n                           aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                        <div class=\"answer-content\">\n                          <p>Si plusieurs employ\u00e9\u00b7es occupent des postes similaires et que les postes ne sont pas tous supprim\u00e9s, le CNRC utilise un <strong>ordre inverse du m\u00e9rite (OIM)<\/strong> pour s\u00e9lectionner qui sera d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00b7e exc\u00e9dentaire.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OIM \u00e9value les employ\u00e9\u00b7es \u00e0 l\u2019aide des crit\u00e8res suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exp\u00e9rience<\/strong> (pond\u00e9ration 1\/3)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualit\u00e9 des performances pass\u00e9es<\/strong> sur 5 ans (1\/3)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comp\u00e9tences comportementales<\/strong> (1\/3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9\u00b7es sont class\u00e9s, et ceux\/celles qui obtiennent les scores les plus bas sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9s exc\u00e9dentaires. Les employ\u00e9\u00b7es peuvent demander leur classement et les informations utilis\u00e9es pour le d\u00e9terminer.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9\u00b7es peuvent <strong>se porter volontaires<\/strong> pour \u00eatre exc\u00e9dentaires. Vous pouvez :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>prolonger cette p\u00e9riode jusqu\u2019\u00e0 12 semaines<\/strong>, mais les 4 semaines suppl\u00e9mentaires sont d\u00e9duites de votre d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>raccourcir<\/strong> cette p\u00e9riode si vous souhaitez avancer la date de votre licenciement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, le CNRC fera tout ce qui est raisonnablement possible pour trouver un poste appropri\u00e9 pour l\u2019employ\u00e9\u00b7e exc\u00e9dentaire et lui transmettra des comptes rendus.
