Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2018 & Call For Nominations
Who: Ottawa East Branch Members of PIPSC
Where: Lone Star Texas Grill
When: Thursday February 22, 2018 from 5- 9 pm
All PIPSC Members within the Ottawa East Branch of the National Capital Region (NCR) are cordially invited to attend at the Lone Star 1121 Lemieux Street, Gloucester https://www.lonestartexasgrill.com/locations (Directions and Information). Members will enjoy a buffet dinner, gifts and door prizes will be presented.
There will be two draws for Senator Hockey tickets!!!!
There is elections for 6 executive members including President (2 year term), Secretary and 3 Members-at-Large (2 year terms) and 1 Members-at-Large (one year terms). Come and join a hardworking dynamic team dedicated to hosting events for the membership. Learn new skills and meet new people. If you wish to become an active member of the Branch Executive or if you wish to nominate a member, send an email.
Nominations through email must be received no later than noon Monday, 12 February 2018. Nominations from the floor of the AGM will also be accepted.
Members (no guests) must RSVP by no later than noon on Friday, 16 February 2018.
