AGM 2018 – NRCan-NCR Branch
All members of the NCR Natural Resources Canada Branch of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) are cordially invited to attend and participate in the NCR NRCan Branch 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and elections at lunch time. An election for vacant positions on the Branch executive will also be held. Please submit in writing to NRCan_RNCan@pipsccollab.ca, any nominations for one of the available positions. Nominations may also be made from the floor of the AGM at the appropriate time.

Participants will be required to approve the 2017 financial reports and the 2018 budget. They will also vote on any proposed changes to the NCR Natural Resources Branch Bylaws. Six positions of two-year terms and 1 position of a one-year term will be open for election. If you would like to contribute your ideas and time in organizing events for the good of our membership, please feel free to nominate yourself or get nominated by another member at the AGM. Following the business portion all members will have the opportunity to be informed of the latest in union matters from your executive:
1. Intro to Employee Wellness Support Program – Focus on Sick leave for all Public Service employees
Note: Lunch Attendance is limited to the first 50 NRCan Branch members only.
Lunch is provided but you must register to attend. Your attendance will be confirmed by email. Cancellations must be received by Friday June 8, 2018. To cancel, please send an email to NRCan_RNCan@pipsccollab.ca so that colleagues on the waiting list can be notified and attend.
