Gatineau Branch - Retirement planning session – October 10, 2018

Many members will be retiring in the coming years. Are you one of them? If so, you may want to attend a Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) retirement planning session. These sessions are very relevant and timely, as they provide an overview of the financial landscape you will encounter in retirement. The sessions are specifically targeted to federal public service employees, and will be presented by an expert from the Retirement Planning Institute, who is extremely knowledgeable in matters relating to federal public sector pensions.

Due to popular demand, the Gatineau Branch in partnership with the Ottawa Centreville Branch has decided to organize a retirement planning sessions especially for our members. There is no cost for you to attend. We encourage you to bring your partner along (no children please) so that you both may benefit from the information presented. As these sessions are provided at no cost, and there is no obligation to attend, members who wish to participate, do so at their own expense.

Seating is limited to 100 participants for each session, and is on a first come, first served basis. The location and time for all sessions is as follows:

Location: Ottawa Public Library Auditorium, 120 Metcalfe St. (Laurier Ave.)

5:30 pm to 6:00 pm - Registration and Pizza
6:00 pm to 8:30 pm - Presentation
