NEB Collective Agreement Signed – January 2018
At long last the Collective Agreement has been signed by all parties. The Agreement was signed January 12, 2018 covering the period of November 1, 2014 to October 31, 2018. The Employer now has 120 days to implement owed retroactive pay to employees. This includes a 1.25% increase for each year of the Agreement and a market adjustment of 1% for all employees on November 1, 2016.

Please note: the Calgary Allowance phase-out is now effective as of the date of signing the Agreement. This means the Allowance reduces by 50% on the date of signing and will cease six months thereafter for those impacted by the changes. We will work hard to identify and notify all those who may be impacted by this change.
