2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) Edmonton CS Sub-Group
Date: Tuesday, April 24th, 2018
Time: 11:45 - 1:15 pm
The AGM will start at 12:00 sharp.
A light lunch will be served.
Location: The Club Lobby
Citadel Theater,
9828 101 A Avenue, Edmonton
The Citadel Theater is located next to Canada Place. The Club Lobby is down the stairs, just south of the Citadel box office on the main floor.
Guest speaker: Stan Buday, President of the CS Group

Executive Elections
Elections will be held for four positions on the subgroup executive. All terms are for two years. Nominations may be submitted in advance by email to the elections officer Tetyana Ryabets-Zuk. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the AGM.
The positions up for election are as follows:
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- 2 Members at Large
