Canada 150 Summer Contest
We are celebrating Canada’s 150th Birthday by asking AV Members (AU-CO-PG) to share a story about their summer vacation in Canada with PIPSC.
Contest Rules: Contest starts on July 1st, 2017 and ends on September 6th, 2017. Winners will be selected by the AV Communications Committee (Darlene McKay, Jacques Laperriere, and David Chu). Vacation must be taken in Canada as this is to celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday.
Eligibility: All AV members in good standing are eligible to submit an essay (200 word maximum) in Word format, add a photo illustrating your essay to AV Communications Committee, and explain a unique place you traveled to/something interesting you did on your summer vacation taken in Canada. In your essay, please write up to one paragraph maximum on why you feel you should be selected. The contest is limited to one entry per member.
The AV National Executive and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the contest.
To be eligible, entries must be received by 11:59 pm PDT on September 6th, 2017.
Prizes: Chance to win 1 of 15 Mark’s Work Wearhouse $100 gift cards.
Winner Notification: We will announce the contest winners on Friday, September 29th, 2017 by notifying the winner using the email address they provided when they submitted their essay and photo.
