WTEG and WPEG members
Your bargaining teams met again in Beausejour, MB on March 20, 21, & 22 2018. Additional dates are scheduled for April. Federal Mediators continue to facilitate the discussions. The discussions during the three days concluded with discussion of pay, merit, performance management and professional development.
Both WTEG and WPEG representatives are disappointed with the Employer’s monetary offer at this time given that Whiteshell Laboratories is a closure site and the current cost of living increases.
WPEG and WTEG look forward to discussing the negotiations at a lunch and learn on April 5, 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM in B300 front conference room to provide a bargaining update to the members.
